Fly, Van Persie, Fly

Hi all

I'm back again! Revived from the death! Woohoo! Yeah!

....

Oké no, lately I've been trying many times to write a good blogpost but seriously: it's really hard to write something interesting when your life is a boring hole at the moment. And besides, I had much better stuff to do ( watching tv, eating, you know the interesting things in life. )

Speaking of watching tv, maybe I've been a bit productive lately. I've been watching the World Cup and cheering really loud for my country, which is Holland for the people who think I'm someone from outerspace. I really like to watch the World Cup though with my family and especially with my dad who becomes really tense and funny during the game ( which results in two people screaming and dancing through the room at each goal for us. )

But I need to say that I'm quite proud of our team. For example: yes we are that team with the flying Robin van Persie who headbutts the ball into the goal perfectly straight. In addition, we've also got Arjan Robben who is my favorite football player and broke the speed record like he was a rabbit fleeing for a cheetah. However, I'm not sure we will get to the finals. I mean yesterday we played against Mexico and it was amazing that we've won in the last five minutes with 2-1, but the other countries are also really good like Belgium and Germany.

Yet one of my forecasts was that the Netherlands would lose against Chili, but hey, that match ended in a 2-0 for us and proved that I'm a terrible forecaster and that it isn't handy for me to ever gamble in my entire life. So I concluded that even when my feeling says a lose in the semifinals it will be the opposite. Well this is it for now. You can follow me if you wanna stay updated or follow me by email so you can get mail whenever I post something new, yesh. Au revoir!

Shopping Haul!

Hiya folks ♥

Guess what ... it's June! What does that mean you ask? Well: summer, friends, vacation, dresses, sleeping, extensive dinners, sunbathing, beach, city, swimming,  and everything you like to do because YES WE FINALLY GOT TIME FOR ALL THAT SHIT :D!

So this weekend I went to the city with some of my friends and there were some thingies which were literally screaming to be purchased. So as the nice person I am... I bought them :p. Well in the first place I went to the city because I needed a cheap new pair of shoes because that same night I would go out with another friend, but ofcourse I'm a girl and so I came back with a few shoppingbags more ( at least it stimulates the economy! ) But I'm really happy with my new stuff and so I decided to make a blogpost about it. So be prepared for the most thrilling, awesome and exciting shopping haul you've ever imagined! ( or just laugh about the money I wasted..)

---------------------------------------------------------------

CROCHET LL BEDJACKET - New Look

Holyshit! I LOVE this cardigan! When I saw it hanging in the New Look I grabbed it with ninja speed. It's just so amazingly cute and because it's a cream colour it fits almost with every clothing piece you've got. I prefer to combine it with a dress and because the material is airy it is the perfect cardigan for summer.

-------------------------------------------------------------

FLORAL PRINTED RUNNING SHORTS - New Look

Oke, I won't use these shorts as actual 'running shorts' because I'm a lazy bum, but they are so cute for the beach or just for really hot days! I love the floral print and the strings are the finishing touch. These shorts are cute and not that expensive, thus: the whole package.

-------------------------------------------------------------

LION EARRINGS -
Six

My friend spotted these cute little guys and both of us fell in love. So we bought them and we got no regret. The lion earrings give me a bit of an african feeling and let me think about Mufasa from the Lion King. I think these accessories aren't ordinary at all and they are a nice addition to my jewelry.

-------------------------------------------------------------

PEARL NECKLACE - H&M

I wish they were real pearls but I still like this necklace and not to forget it was reaaaally cheap. It's always handy to have a necklace like this for a theme party or something like that and it's also nice to wear it just in everyday life. It's a bit old-fashioned I must admit, but in secret I think I have a soft spot for that style.

-------------------------------------------------------------

GREY SNEAKERS - H&M

At the end I've bought new shoes anyway. These sneakers aren't that special but they were also really cheap and it isn't a problem if they become dirty when I go out with some friends. Also, light grey is an absolute fresh colour and they walk perfectly fine.

-------------------------------------------------------------

So this was my shopping haul. I think my favorite item I've bought is the cardigan because it's amazingly cute and it fits perfect. But ofcourse I'm glad with all the shit I've bought and I will definitely wear all of it. I hope you guys liked the post you can follow me if you wanna stay updated or fill in your e-mail adress so you can get e-mails when I post something new. Seeya!

Thank You Mother Nature

Hello my fellow human beings,

oke, I need to start with the following: IT IS ALMOST SUMMER! Which means: summervacation, ooooh yeah! Well here you've still got the feeling it's mid winter, but finally Mother Nature understands the meaning of 'summer' and 'sun' in The Netherlands and it will become quite warm for the next few days.

Anyway, I was thinking about what I should write in this new blogpost, when suddenly I came to the idea to make a bucketlist for everyone who loves sunshine, shorts and doesn't want to be bored in summervacation. These are just a few ideas but they could become handy. So here we go!

---------------------------------------------------------------

Bucketlist of Boredom

1. Time for friends! Yeah this one is maybe a bit obvious, but going to the beach and having sand in your pants will be always nicer when not only you, but your friends get it too. Moreover going to the city or enjoying the sun while you are sitting with a glass of lemonade next to eachother in the garden sounds excellent to me. You can also get a reunion with a few of your oldest friends and go to the cinema and/or restaurant.

2. Make a collage or buy a notebook and fill it with pictures, quotes, drawings, stories and that kind of stuff. At the moment I've got a photoalbum and a notebook and I need to say it's really nice to work on. You can make it in your own style (or just fill it with random pics and stuff), do whatever you want and atleast it keeps you busy.

3. Get a salad and sit back! No seriously, we can't forget that food is also something like a must. When it's warm I think eating a nice cold pasta salad with mozarella and some lettuce is a good option. Aaand ofcourse it's healthy ( but I will never leave you fastfood! <3 )

4. Rewatch all your favorite movies or go watch movies you've always wanted to see. We all know there will be days of the summervacation when you aren't in the mood to do anything. Then I say this: Go claim the bed and go watch all the movies you like! Yes go cry about the Notebook, yes go get angry at Scar from The Lion King and yes go laugh about Bridget Jones Diary!

5. Go play old videogames. Yes, a really good timewaster! When I'm really bored I love to play old videogames such as Pokémon, Mario Kart and that kind of stuff. It keeps you busy for hours and let's be honest: on the inside, aren't we all massive nerds?

-------------------------------------------------------------

Well, these are options to get over your boredom. Ofcourse there are more suggestions but that would make an enormously long bucketlist and I'm lazy :p. So this is it for today, you can follow me if you wanna stay updated when I post something new and seeya!

Evil Pigeon

Hi all ♥

And she's back, hmm! So I've been a week to London which was nice but at the same time overwhelming. London is a HUGE city and sometimes I didn't even now where to look. However, it's also nice to be back again, even when you live in a rainy small country like me there's no place like home. Buuuut not to forget, here are some marvelous pictures:

Hmm, incredible aren't they? Photograph skills till the max ... yeah at least I tried lol. But besides that, as I said in my previous post: this will become a busy week with tests and the associated stress. Yeah the fairytale with the happily ever after seriously ended now and I need to wake up of the no-stress dream and getting to work! (... This sounds so good when I type it but at the moment I'm sitting on my lazy ass avoiding learning for my tests by making a new blogpost :p ) But hey, weekend is weekend and so do I want to enjoy the time I'm wasting.

Also, as part of my being-tired-of-excursion-and avoiding-tests behaviour, I watched the Eurovision Songcontest yesterday and seriously the Netherlands became second! Oke, Austria deserved to be first, but to be honest I'm quite proud of our small country which is seen as the cliché land full of miserly people who loves tullips cheese and drugs.... oke who am I kidding, let's face the truth.

Haha, so I guess this is it for today, getting back to bussiness. You can follow me if you wanna stay updated when I post something new and seeya!

Interesting Life

Hiya people

So yay my blog is finally done! I've made some big changes like the style and background from the blog because I wasn't too comfy enough with the previous style. I think it did turn out pretty good. So now I can focus more on the posts, which will may be even harder cause my life isn't that interesting at the moment. And that when I got an urge to write :p. Sigh, life is hard..

No oke, I need to stop whining cause this evening I will go to London! HELL YEAH guys, soooo excited! As someone who loves to shop, eat and being with friends, this is an opportunity like holy crap. We will go there with the nightboat (which includes a cinema!) and in London itself we also got big plans like going to musicals as The Lion King and Jersey Boys. Besides that, we do have 75 percent leisure time and ofcourse we will also see the Big Ben and the London Eye.

Also, there are lots of shops there which I love to see. (Including the Forever21. Even though one just opened in Amsterdam, I still wanna go to the store and see if it's also that busy there as in Amsterdam. I know it opened here only two weeks ago but I went to the store and it was like a zombie invasion. I'm not kidding, there were so many people and literally every floor was busy. If a boy is ever irritating you, take him to the Forever21 in Amsterdam and you won't hear him anymore.)

But yeah, besides my London-excitement-thing, my life is pretty boring. After London excursion I will need to get back to my usually work: stressing for school. But before that: let's say there doesn't exist something like school and we all live happily ever after hahahaha :D ...yeah.
Lol oke enough for today. If you wanna stay updated when I post something new you can follow me. Seeya about a week!
